Dale did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets, area rugs and sofas. He was very careful with his equipment, water, and soaps and left things in great shape, drying, dried, and easily ready to put away and use. We are very grateful for his service!

We had an unfortunate accident that left our entire home with a layer of cement dust, very difficult to remove. Our realtor recommended Cole's to us, so I called. Dale was here within the hour to survey the damages, and to provide an estimate of the time and costs to return our home to its previous condition.Restoration work began almost immediately. A full crew of professionals began the tedious work of removing dust (including dusting every cup and saucer!), shampooing chairs, couches, carpets and rugs. These people were very well trained and highly motivated , and really knew what they were doing! Because we have animals, there were spots, hair, and stains not associated with the main project. These were also included in our restoration project with the result being that our home looked and felt (and smelled) much cleaner than prior to our accident. Dale even took the lead with additional demo and plumbing work that was required.We give the very highest rating to Cole's Custom Cleaning for all types of cleaning and restorative work. This is an outstanding company. One of the most honest people I have yet to come across. Very responsive whenever I would call. I had several quotes from other companies and Dale's pricing was the best. The value of his services far out way his pricing. Dale is extremely meticulous in his work. He went above and beyond and he worked painstakingly for over four hours ensuring he covered every nook and cranny. I have a composition roof and he removed every spec of moss. Cole's Custom Cleaning is by far a 10++Star contractor and I strongly recommend as Dale is a true professional.

Excellent job on a tough pet stained carpet

Needed my carpets cleaned after years of kids and pets and Coles was our choice of carpet cleaner on the recommendation of a friend. The results are amazing and I won’t need to buy new carpets after all. The technician that came out, Ryan Carter was friendly, professional and conscientious. After 5 cats the carpet stains actually came up. He worked diligently with that happy energy you want in an employee. I would give him a raise if I could and I recommend Coles Carpet cleaning. I plan to use them again, because with cats and kids you never know what can happen.

Dimitri cleaned our couch, recliner, and area rug more thoroughly than they've ever been cleaned before...they look brand new! Scheduling was easy and, Dimitri was timely, and he did an absolutely amazing job!
